1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Last Man Standing application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Users participating in paid competitions must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Game Rules

Last Man Standing is a prediction game based on Premier League football matches. The rules are as follows:

• Each gameweek, you select one Premier League team to win their match
• If your selected team wins, you advance to the next gameweek
• If your selected team draws or loses, you are eliminated from that competition
• You may not select the same team more than once per competition
• Picks must be submitted before the deadline for each gameweek
• The last player remaining wins the competition

5. Entry Fees and Prizes

Some competitions may require an entry fee. All entry fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Prize pools are distributed according to the rules of each competition. We reserve the right to withhold prizes in cases of suspected fraud or violation of these Terms.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the App
• Attempt to manipulate or interfere with the operation of the App
• Engage in any form of collusion with other users
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Last Man Standing and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Premier League and team logos are trademarks of their respective owners.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any technical issues, server downtime, or data loss.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Last Man Standing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
